My journey to becoming a therapist started with a passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference. I've always believed that no one should feel alone, and over the past decade, I’ve discovered my purpose in supporting meaningful connections and healing.

I know firsthand that life can be tough.
As a fellow millennial, I understand the pressure of juggling roles, managing expectations, and navigating a world full of social comparisons. The stress, overwhelm, and quest for balance are all too real. And as a mom, I’ve experienced the ups and downs of caring for a family while nurturing my own needs, learning the importance of compassion and resilience along the way.

It’s safe to say I run on coffee and a strong belief that a good laugh can change the entire day!

  • I hold a Masters Degree in Psychology and have worked as a therapist for over 12 years specializing in trauma, relationships, & more. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I am trained in and implement Solution-Focused Therapy. I'm also trained in EMDR therapy and have an expertise in interpersonal & parent-child attachment.
