My journey to becoming a therapist started with a deep passion for helping others and a desire to make a real difference. With 12 years of experience in the field, I’ve learned the importance of being that person who offers hope, guidance, and support. I’ve always believed that no one should feel alone during their struggles. Over the years, I’ve realized that my purpose is not only to help others feel seen, heard, and supported, but also to help them discover their strengths, rediscover joy, and find direction in their lives. As a millennial, I understand the unique pressures of juggling multiple roles—mom, business owner, therapist, and wife. The challenge of balancing all of these can be overwhelming, but it’s also what drives me to be the best version of myself in each role I play.

I’m a big believer in self-care and finding moments of joy throughout our busy lives. It doesn’t always have to be something big—whether it’s enjoying a cup of iced coffee, scheduling a workout class to move your body, or taking intentional breaks throughout the busy day to relax and do something for yourself. It’s these small moments that recharge us. Taking care of ourselves is so important, and it’s through these moments that we can show up as the best versions of ourselves, not only in our own lives but also in the roles we play and the relationships we have with others..

What sets me apart is my relatable, modern approach that blends personal insight with professional expertise.   • I hold a Masters Degree in Psychology and have worked as a therapist for over 12 years specializing in trauma, relationships, & more. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I am trained in and implement Solution-Focused Therapy. I'm also trained in EMDR therapy and have an expertise in interpersonal & parent-child attachment.
